Heather’s Chai a Little Tenderness
Heather’s Chai a Little Tenderness ingredients
- 1 tbsp chai butter
- 1 oz honey syrup
- 1 ½ oz zero-proof rum
- Hot water
- Orange-infused whipped cream
- Orange zest
To Prepare:
- Combine chai butter, honey syrup and zero-proof rum into a mug.
- Add hot water, leaving an inch of room for the whipped topping.
- Mix with a milk frother until the chai butter is incorporated.
- Shake the whipped topping bottle. Gently disperse to form a smooth, creamy layer.
- Garnish with more fresh orange zest.
Honey Syrup
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup honey
- ¼ cup water
- Mix well and refrigerate.
Chai Butter
Ingredients:
- 25g good-quality chai
- 100g unsalted butter
To Prepare:
- In a small pan, toast the chai on low heat until fragrant.
- Add butter and stir until melted.
- Let it cool, then strain through a coffee filter before the butter solidifies.
- Refrigerate.
Orange-Infused Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 sugar cubes
- 2 tbsp whole milk
- 1 coffee filter
- 1 plastic squeeze bottle
To Prepare:
- Combine ingredients in a small jug and refrigerate overnight.
- Strain the mixture through a coffee filter.
- Combine orange cream, whole milk and sugar cubes in your squeeze bottle.
- Seal the bottle and shake for 30 seconds until thickened.
Vandit’s Cup of Chaos
Vandit’s Cup of Chaos ingredients
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz corn and pecan orgeat
- ¾ oz zero-proof red bitter
- ¾ oz zero-proof whiskey
- Rosemary pineapple “air”
To Prepare:
Combine lemon juice, orgeat, bitters and zero-proof whiskey in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass and garnish with a scoop of rosemary pineapple “air.”
Corn and Pecan Orgeat
Ingredients:
- 1 ear of corn
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- Water
- Sugar
- Coffee filter or nut milk bag
To Prepare:
- Boil an ear of fresh corn. Use a knife to remove the kernels.
- Rinse pecans in cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a blender, combine corn and pecans with a splash of water—enough to achieve a smooth consistency.
- Pass the mixture through a coffee filter or nut milk bag.
- Measure the remaining liquid, then add an equal amount of sugar. Stir until dissolved.
- Refrigerate and mix well before use.
Rosemary Pineapple “Air”
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1½ cup of sugar
- 3–4 rosemary sprigs, stems removed
- 1 tbsp soy/sunflower lecithin
To Prepare:
- Add ingredients to blender and mix for 30–40 seconds.
- Pass the mixture through a coffee filter to remove rosemary leaves.
- Take a clean fish tank air pump hose (you can get them for cheap at the pet store). Place the end of the pump hose into the strained mixture, turn it on and watch the foamy sweet air rise.
- Scoop and serve.
Tia’s Merry Moment
Tia’s Merry Moment ingredients
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz fennel syrup
- 1 ½ oz zero-proof gin
- Fresh tarragon sprigs for garnish
To Prepare:
- Combine all liquids into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled tumbler over ice.
- Garnish with a tarragon sprig.
Ingredients:
- 25 g fennel seeds
- Water
- 250 g sugar
- A few fresh cucumber slices
To Prepare:
- Grind fennel seeds using a mortar and pestle or spice grinder.
- Toast the ground seeds in a pan on low heat until fragrant.
- Add water to the pan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and gently pour through a coffee filter to remove solids.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- To extend the shelf life of your syrup, add fresh cucumber slices and refrigerate.
Blueberry Tea
Blueberry Tea Recipe ingredients
- 3/4 oz zero-proof orange liqueur
- 3/4 oz almond syrup
- 3/4 cup Orange Pekoe tea
- Orange wheel, for garnish
To Prepare
- Mix zero-proof orange liqueur and almond syrup in a snifter and swirl the glass to combine.
- Steep the Orange Pekoe tea for 3-5 minutes then pour it into the snifter.
- Garnish with an orange wheel.
- Swirl the glass one more time to release the aromas.
Cereal Milk Punch Mocktail
Cereal Milk Punch Recipe ingredients
- 1 cup cereal
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 1 oz zero-proof dark rum
To Prepare
- Combine cereal and milk and steep for one hour. Strain the milk through a cheesecloth.
- Combine 2 oz of cereal milk and 1 oz of zero-proof dark rum in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir to combine, and strain into a chilled rocks glass (or cereal bowl, for extra nostalgia).
Pistachio Sour Mocktail
Pistachio Sour Mocktail Recipe ingredients
- 3 oz mint tea (brewed strong!)
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 tbsp pistachio paste
- 1 egg white
- Whole pistachios, for garnish
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
To Prepare
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass with ice and finely shave whole pistachios over the top.
- Garnish with a cherry.
Tinto de Verano Mocktail
Tinto de Verano Mocktail Recipe ingredients
- 1 bottle zero-proof wine, chilled
- 3 cups orange soda, chilled
- Orange wheels, for garnish
To Prepare
- Mix zero-proof wine and soda in a pitcher and stir to combine. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
- Prepare wine glasses by adding ice and a few wheels of sliced orange.
- Pour chilled mixture into wine glasses.
Zero-Proof Cran-Apple Spice Sangria
Zero-Proof Cran-Apple Spice Sangria Recipe ingredients
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 1 oz apple cider
- ½ oz cinnamon syrup
- 1 oz zero-proof rosé
- 2 oz ginger ale
- Fresh cranberries, for garnish
To Prepare
- Combine all ingredients except ginger ale in a mixing glass. Stir to combine and chill for several hours.
- When ready to serve, pour the sangria mix into a chilled wine glass with ice and top with ginger ale and fresh cranberries.
Zero-Proof Michelada
Zero-Proof Michelada Recipe ingredients
- Chili salt, to rim
- 3 oz zero-proof pale ale or lager
- 3 oz clam and tomato juice
- 1/2 oz pickle juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice, plus more to rim
- Lime wedge, for garnish
To Prepare
- Rim a tall rocks glass or beer glass with lime juice and chili salt.
- Add all ingredients to the glass and stir to combine.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.

0% White Cranberry Vermouth and Tonic Recipe ingredients
- 1 oz zero-proof white vermouth
- 1 oz white cranberry juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 3 oz tonic water

To Prepare
- To a shaker with ice, add all ingredients except the tonic water and chake well until chilled.
- Strain into a short glass with ice, then top with tonic water.

Hibiscus Grapefruit Cooler Mocktail
Hibiscus Grapefruit Cooler Recipe

- 1 1/2 oz hibiscus tea, cooled
- 1 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz zero-proof chardonnay
- 2 oz soda water
- Fresh grapefruit, for garnish
To Prepare
- Combine all ingredients except soda water in a mixing glass and stir over ice.
- Strain into a tall glass with fresh ice and top with soda water.
- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
Boreal Bramble Mocktail
Boreal Bramble Recipe ingredients
- 3 drops Abiding Citizen Cranberry Rosemary bitters
- 1 oz. zero-proof gin
- 1 oz. cranberry juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- Tonic water, chilled
- Rosemary sprigs, to garnish
To Prepare
- To a mixing glass with ice, add bitters, zero-proof gin, cranberry juice and simple syrup
- Stir and strain into a short rocks glass.
- Top with tonic water.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and serve.
Hometown Hotshot Mocktail
Hometown Hotshot Recipe ingredients
- 1.5 oz. zero-proof vodka
- .5 oz. chocolate syrup
- 1 oz. espresso or cold brew concentrate
- 3 drops Abiding Citizen Hot Pepper bitters
- Chili powder, to garnish
- Whole coffee beans, to garnish
To Prepare
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shale until chilled and frothy
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with chili powder and 3 coffee beans
Mango Chamoyada Mocktail
Mango Chamoyada Mocktail Recipe ingredients
- Lime juice and Tajin, to rim the glass
- 1 fresh mango (or 1 ½ cups frozen mango), cut into chunks
- ½ cup ice cubes
- ¼ cup chamoy
To Prepare
- Rim a hurricane glass with lime juice and Tajin and set aside.
- Blend ice and half of the mango until smooth and slushy.
- Pour ingredients into the glass in layers, alternating between slush, remaining mango chunks, and chamoy, until your glass is full.
- Garnish with a few chunks of mango.
Prairie 75 Mocktail
Prairie 75 Recipe ingredients
- 3 drops Abiding Citizen Lavender bitters
- 1 oz. elderflower cordial
- 3 oz. zero-proof brut, chilled
- Wheel of lime, to garnish
To Prepare
- Add bitters and elderflower cordial to a coupe glass and stir.
- Top with zero-proof brut and stir gently.
- Garnish with lime and serve.
Toba Tropic Mocktail
Toba Tropic Recipe ingredients
- 3 drops Abiding Citizen Manitoba Aromatic bitters
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. coconut cream
- Fresh pineapple or orange slice, to garnish
To Prepare
- To a mixing glass with ice, add zero-proof rum, almond syrup and bitters.
- Stir and strain over ice into a rocks glass.
- Top with pineapple juice and float coconut cream over the top.
- Garnish with a pineapple or orange slice and serve.
Zero-proof White Wine Glitzer
Zero-Proof White Wine Glitzer Recipe ingredients
- Zero proof white wine, chilled
- Soda water
- Garnishes (Be creative! We like using fruit, candy, herbs, dried flowers, and even edible glitter!)
To Prepare
- Fill your glass of choice 3/4 with wine
- Top with soda water
- Dress it up how you like with garnishes!
Juicy Julep
Juicy Julep Recipe ingredients
- Crushed ice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- Ginger ale
- 1 tsp mint, finely chopped
To Prepare
- Fill a glass with crushed ice and add pineapple juice, orange juice and lime juice.
- Top the glass with ginger ale and stir in chopped mint.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint, a lime wedge, or a pineapple slice. Enjoy!
Sans-Gria Mocktail
Sans-Gria Recipe ingredients
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 5-7 strawberries, sliced
- 1-15 green grapes
- 20 blueberries
- 8-10 sprigs of mint
- 12 oz white grape juice
- 12 oz orange juice
- 24 oz sparkling water
To Prepare
- In a large pitcher, combine lemon slices, orange slices, strawberries, grapes, blueberries and mint.
- Add grape juice, orange juice and sparkling water. Stir well.
- Refrigerate for an hour.
- Serve in glasses garnished with fresh mint and fruit. Enjoy!
Spicy Grapefruit Ginger Mule
Spicy Grapefruit Ginger Mule Recipe ingredients
- 4 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- Sprig of mint
- 1-3 slices jalapeno
- 4 oz ginger beer
To Prepare
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle grapefruit juice, lime juice, mint and jalapeno slices.
- Fill a glass with ice and strain the juice mixture over it. Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint or jalapeno slice if you desire!
Spicy Pickled Caesar Mocktail
Spicy Pickled Caesar Mocktail Recipe ingredients
- 2 tbsp celery salt
- 8 oz Clamato juice
- Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- 1/2 oz pickle juice
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Celery stalk, for garnish
- 1 dill pickle, for garnish
To Prepare
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then twist in a plate of celery salt.
- Fill the glass with ice and add Clamato juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and pickle juice.
- Stir well and dust the top with ground black pepper.
- Garnish with a celery stalk and dill pickle. Enjoy!
Zero-proof Cranberry Fizz
Zero-Proof Cranberry Fizz Recipe ingredients
- Simple syrup
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 6 oz cranberry juice
- 3 oz orange juice
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
- Club soda
To Prepare
- Rim two glasses with simple syrup and brown sugar.
- Add juices and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker and shake 5-10 seconds.
- Strain into glasses with ice, top with club soda and enjoy!

- 2 apples, cubed
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 pear, cubed
- 3 cups apple cider
- 2 cups lemon-lime soda
- Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
To Prepare
- Add chopped fruit to a pitcher.
- Top with apple cider and lemon-lime soda. Stir to combine
- Serve over ice and garnish with fruit or a cinnamon stick.

- 2 oz cold brew concentrate
- 1/2 oz simple syrup*
- Orange bitters, to taste

To Prepare
- Stir everything together with ice and top with an orange peel garnish

- Heat on low until sugar dissolves.

- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda

To Prepare
- In a glass with ice, add grapefruit juice, lime juice and top with lemon-lime soda.
- Stir well and garnish with grapefruit and lime wedges.
Blueberry Maple Mojito Mocktail
Blueberry Maple Mojito Recipe ingredients
- 8-10 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup blueberry juice
- 1/2 cup club soda
- Fresh or frozen blueberries, for garnish
To Prepare
- Add the mint leaves to a glass. Muddle well until the mint releases its flavour.
- Add the lime juice, maple syrup, blueberry juice and club soda. Stir until well combined.
- Add ice and top with blueberries, a slice of lime and mint leaves to garnish.
Cantaloupe Bellini Mocktail
Cantaloupe Bellini Recipe ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cantaloupe, diced
- 1 tbsp lime
- 1 tbsp simple syrup*
- 1/2 cup ice
- Sparkling lemonade
To Prepare
- In a blender, combine cantaloupe, lime juice, simple syrup and ice and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Add mixture to glass making it half full.
- Slowly top with sparkling lemonade.
*Simple Syrup
- Combine equal parts sugar and water in a pot.
- Heat on low until sugar dissolves.
- Let cool and store in airtight container.
Double Berry Lime Cooler
Double Berry Lime Cooler Recipe ingredients
- Fresh blackberries
- Fresh blueberries
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- Soda water
- Mint leaves, for garnish
To Prepare
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle a handful each of blueberries and blackberries.
- Add lime juice, honey and a handful of ice.
- Shake contents well.
- Strain mixture into an ice-filled glass.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with mint and a few berries.
Kiwi Lemon Mocktail
Kiwi Lemon Mocktail Recipe ingredients
- 2 kiwis
- Half of a lemon, thinly sliced
- Mint leaves
- 2 tbsp honey
- Soda water
To Prepare
- Peel one kiwi and roughly chop into small pieces. Slice the other and set aside for garnish.
- Evenly split the chopped kiwi, half of the lemon slices and a few mint leaves in two glasses and muddle.
- Add honey (1.5 tbsp per glass) and stir lightly.
- Top with ice and soda water, stir.
- Garnish with kiwi and lemon slices.
Peppermint White Russian Mocktail
Peppermint White Russian Mocktail Recipe ingredients
- 2 oz strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 oz heavy cream
- 1 peppermint stick, for garnish
To Prepare
- Rim glass with simple syrup and crushed candy canes.
- Fill glass with ice and pour the brewed cold coffee over.
- Add vanilla and peppermint extracts.
- Float the heavy cream over the coffee. Stir very gently.
- Add a peppermint stick as a garnish and enjoy!
Pineapple Jalapeno Mock-arita
Pineapple Jalapeno Mock-arita Recipe ingredients
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- Pineapple wedges, jalapenos and basil, for garnish
To Prepare
- Combine kosher salt and chili powder on a plate. Rim glass with the mixture.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle 1-2 slices of jalapeno (depending on spice preference) with lime juice.
- Fill half of the shaker with ice, add pineapple juice and shake well.
- Pour into rimmed glass and garnish with pineapple wedges and jalapeno slices.
Pomegranate Mojito Mocktail
Pomegranate Mojito Mocktail Recipe ingredients
- 10-15 mint leaves
- 4 limes, juiced
- 16 oz pomegranate juice
- 4 cups club soda
- 2-3 tbsp agave nectar, to taste
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
To Prepare
- Muddle mint leaves in a pitcher with a splash of lime juice.
- Add pomegranate juice, club soda, agave nectar and remaining lime juice. Stir well and let sit 15 minutes.
- Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with frozen cranberries and fresh mint leaves.
Raspberry Spritz Mocktail
Raspberry Spritz Mocktail Recipe ingredients
- 3 tbsp fresh raspberries
- 2 oz club soda
- 1 tbsp simple syrup*
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
To Prepare
- Muddle raspberries in a glass.
- Add club soda, simple syrup and lemon juice and stir.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and herbs, if desired.
* Simple Syrup
- Combine equal parts sugar and water in a pot.
- Heat on low until sugar dissolves.
- Let cool and store in airtight container.
Roasted Peach Lemonade
Roasted Peach Lemonade Recipe ingredients
- 4 medium peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups lemonade
- Soda water
To Prepare
- Preheat oven to 360 degrees.
- Ona baking dish, place peaches skin side down and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 25 minutes until skins are easy to pull off.
- Put skinned peaches in a blender and cover with lemonade. Blend until puréed. It should be a little frothy.
- In a pitcher, mix peach purée with the rest of the lemonade. Let cool.
- Top with soda water and garnish with fresh peaches.
Rosemary Grapefruit Mocktail
Rosemary Grapefruit Mocktail Recipe ingredients
- 2 grapefruits, juiced
- 2 oz rosemary simple syrup*
- Soda water
To Prepare
- Fill half of a cocktail shaker with ice. Add grapefruit juice and simple syrup, shake well.
- Pour into a glass and top with club soda.
* Rosemary Simple Syrup
- Dissolve 1 cup sugar into 1 cup water, add 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary.
- Simmer for 30 minutes, then strain through a cheesecloth. Let cool.
Sparkling Ginger Cran Mocktail
Sparkling Ginger Cran Mocktail Recipe ingredients
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp orange zest
- Organge wedge
- 2 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
- 4 oz ginger beer
- Fresh cranberries and lime wedges, for garnish
To Prepare
- On a small plate, combine the sugar and orange zest. Run an orange wedge around the rim of the glass and twist to coat in the orange zest sugar.
- Add ice to the glass and pour in cranberry juice and ginger beer. Stir.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and a squeeze of lime.
Watermelon Mojito Mocktail
Watermellon Mojito Mocktail Recipe ingredients
- 1/2 small watermelon, cubed
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Soda Water
- Lime and watermelon wedges, for garnish
To Prepare
- Blend watermelon cubes for 30 seconds. Strain mixture into a bowl and discard the pulp.
- Muddle mint, lime juice and sugar in a tall glass.
- Add ice and 4 oz of watermelon juice, then stir.
- Top with soda water and garnish with lime and watermelon wedges.
Zero-proof Pomegranate Cheer
Zero-Proof Pomegranate Cheer Recipe ingredients
- Lime wedge and 2 tsp sugar, to rim glass
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- Dash blood orange bitters
- 1 oz pomegranate juice, chilled
- Alcohol-removed brut, chilled
- 1 tsp frozen pomegranate arils
To Prepare
- Rim a champagne flute with a lime wedge and granulated sugar.
- Add sugar to bottom of the flute and soak with bitters.
- Add pomegranate juice and top with brut, to taste.
- Garnish with pomegranate arils. Enjoy!
Zero-proof Berry Chardonnay
Zero-Proof Berry Chardonnay Recipe ingredients
- 2 oz blueberry juice
- 2 oz alcohol-removed chardonnay
- 1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz alcohol-removed brut
To Prepare
- Shake all ingredients except the brut in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain into a chilled glass and add the brut.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon, lime or orange.
